Chingon Cooler:
Fill tall glass with ice, then add:
Two shots of añejo tequila
Juice from half a lime
1/2 a jalapeno sliced into thin rings (keep seeds)
Top with club soda (or lime soda if want something a bit sweeter)
stir for 30 secs, then let set for 1 minute
enjoy
