For crap's sake.  Last season we went 6-6 and played for a north title with an injured qb and a young ol.  Colin Klein has to be better than Gregory.  This offense has the potential to be great w/out Masoli.  Love to have the kid but we'll be fine.  Some people are bitchin about a 7-5 season and a bowl game???  Are you kidding me.  Prince took us to the depths of college football.  We were handing off to Logan Dold with hopes of 260 lb o-lineman blocking for him.  Now our line is 315 average across the front, the best running back in the league, and an improved wr core.  All the defense has to do is be average and we go 7-5.    Not wanting a player doesn't make you anymore k-state than the next guy.  We do however have fans of ksu football, ku basketball, and wsu baseball lurking on these boards. JFC. :lynchmob:

While I agree that with or without Masoli that the offense could be pretty good, in fact, it might be pretty dog gone good simply because I think we have a decent to good Oline and a very good Oline coach . . . but I see nothing but a 50-75th ranked total defense at best, and maybe a 40th-60th scoring defense if OB controls the ball on offense.

what did our offense rank with prince/freeman compared to the defense under prince? wasn't defense under prince in the hundreds?

does anyone know if Harper and Masoli got along at Oregon?   If they were buddies, this is even more no-brainer, but if they didn't get along, that could be the reason for the hesitation.

I thought I saw somewhere they were cool with each other.

A certain friend of goEMAW asked Fitz about the recruiting staff.  Fitz carried on but said Joe Gordon was a rising star in the biz.  I followed up with a question as to how good of a class ranking Gordon got us.  Fitz began to ramble about how he doesn't believe in rankings/stars.  blahblahswallowgulpblah

During the rambling response to this Emaw elite regarding recruiting FITZ goes on to say, "Rivals gets mad at me because we don't really cover recruiting very much.  I don't really believe in stars and rankings".  Actually said that.  "Rivals gets mad at me"

While that's sad . . . somewhat in his defense, when you're dealing with a football that's still looking for stragglers in August to fill scholarships, it's not like they're out there blazing a trail.   Oh wait . . . looking for stragglers in August is all part of the grand plan.

Bottom line: He didn't have any fellow American Samoans to hang around with in California and the next best thing were black people and probably got mixed up in the wrong crowd. Apparently you are a saint.

Regarding the last two, they are minor therefore they don't count.

I see where you're coming from. There were ZERO negroes in my high school. Now I go to Hutch where they are EVERYWHERE! haha

Problem is that alot of them are the thug type that travel in packs probably looking for the next girl to sodomize.

Yeah, umm...you might want to have more posts and thus a longer track record of not being racist before you try to pull this joke off. If it was a joke. Was it a joke?
