Yes I work at K-State and sometimes I admit that being here does feel akin to scrubbing toilets. I always bow to those who have much more experience at being in the toilet bowl ie: K- State fans.

You're still trying to contemplate the logic behind bringing up ALL sports and then subsequently trying to claim this is just a football board when the other major sport at Cornhole is clowned hard.

In addition, the situation at Cornhole is so incestuous in terms of media coverage and oversight, who knows what goes on there?  The sense of personal self worth for the entire state is entirely centered upon what happens on Saturdays in the fall of the year.   So there's no way any of the sycophantic media types are going to dig into anything of substance beyond unadulterated pom pom waving or questioning the play call on 3rd and 8 against South Dakota State.

In terms of your employment at K-State, if you’re in a teaching position, I feel badly for any administrator who has to cover for your presence during any accreditation review.

It is true.  They've never won a tourney game...but they're not even the worst BBall team in their new conference.  Northwestern has never even been to the tourney.  It must be a terrible feeling to know that your own conference's TV network would rather have a replay of Michigan State's intramural hockey games than a live Neb/Northwestern basketball game. Oh well, it's prolly all Texas' fault.  No biggie.
