Create the ICAT shirt for over 3,000 Students!

Alright goEMAW. I know you guys are great at making t-shirts, and photoshopping, etc. K-state just sent out this email:

Student season ticket holder,

Welcome to the ICAT student section – the best student seats in the Big 12! Along with your ICAT ticket purchase, you receive the official ICAT T-shirt. New for the 2010-2011 season we are accepting student designs for this shirt.

Here’s your opportunity to have YOUR design worn by over 3,000 K-State students and seen on national television throughout football and basketball season!

Submit your entry by 5pm Friday, July 16, by emailing a .jpg of the image to [email protected]. The top 5 will be selected and then voted on by the ICAT student section to determine their favorite. The design does not need to include “ICAT” in the image. Be creative!

You can pick up your official ICAT shirt starting Sunday, August 22, at the Week of Welcome kick off pep rally at LHC Bill Snyder Family Stadium.

Thanks for your support of K-State Athletics. Looking forward to seeing your creative design!

It's not too much of a stretch to imagine that they can link ICAT tix to an eID and have people log into a website to vote(Didn't the link eIDs to hoops tix for the KU game count last year?). So, I doubt goEMAWers will be able to stuff the ballot box. That being said, one of you graphically gifted types could make a shirt with ICAT and EMAW on it and sneak in the "go" and ".com" (a la the dirty words hidden in Mufasa's Ghost in the Lion King) and win the thing on merit.

One good one, Said K-state like the old school Snyder, with a powercat right below the collar. At least that's the one I thought was the best... Two of them were horrible with K-State plastered 7 times in a row.

OT.  remember when the kids drawing for the airport won the airport design contest and we flooded the inbox of the airport guys with hatemail.  LOL.
