Two courts, one for mbb and one for wbb. No clip art. Def not half-assed, should be one of the best basketball only complexes anywhere. Can't post a photo of renderings yet, sorry. But trust me, it looks sweet. Lots of limestone and glass on the ext. Dollar figures depends on the bid. The number presented to KBOR includes improvements to BSFS, but the Training Facility will be fairly large $$

Thanks. What I've heard so far sounds like we won't eff this one up.

Hope we get started soon so we can use this thing some in 11'-12' season.

When Frank's in his office and Deb's coaching 'em up, will he be able to hear her screeching?

When could this realistically be completed?  How long does it take to build a facility like this once they actually break ground?  A year?  More?  Less?  I have no clue.

Haven't they been trying to build a basketball facility at K-State since 2006?

It took KU less than a year to build one of the best basketball facilities in the country.  K-State is still waiting for a pig farmer in western Kansas to win the lottery.

Joke's on you. There's good money in pig farming. a pig farmer wouldn't need to win the lotto.

too long.  pay more to have it done in under a year.  our time is valuable.

One of the best in the country, he says.

Texas Christian University coach Gary Patterson has been hired as Kansas State's 34th football coach, multiple sources have confirmed to GoPowercat.com.  Patterson replaces Ron Prince, who was fired Wednesday. - Tim Fitzgerald   Nov, 7, 2008

Beems, no offense (and I'm about as impartial as they come in this discussion) but KU's facility is absolute dogshit.  It pains me to say this because I love KU so much and get a lot of my well being from them having nice things.

I'm sure there's an article somewhere on the internet that he can find that confirms his statement.

A single basketball court knocked out of an old section of AFH.

Yep, that's the best.

Distorting the facts as usual, 'Pad.  The new basketball facility is located between AFH and the Anderson Family Strength Center, and is over a court and a half in size.  Also, I never said it was the absolute best in the country, just one of the best.  Here are some photos of it:

There has to be a place to play H-O-R-S-E and Around the World. They save 21 for the full court.

Aren't we getting two courts with a weight room dungeon in the middle?

I think Turgeon's court in Topeka was bigger than that...and yes, i've hooped it up there.  Did you ever play there benji?

Don't worry, guys... you might have a new practice facility by the time Greensburg is fully rebuilt.
