I took a sushi class last year.  The chef told us that this(mixed with mayo) is what is on the above-mentioned Bam Bam Shrimp.
Was is "Gohan"?  If so :flush:

No clue what Gohan is.

Took the class through JoCo Culinary Academy 

It was awesome and now I can make kick ass rolls at home.
