Childish Gambino's new album Camp releases on 11/15, pretty good stuff.

 :excited:

coming to the beaumont club 4/3/12, tix go on sale saturday am.

:surprised: :surprised: :surprised: (not really though)

http://pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/16074-camp/

this line was great:

Quote
The bottle-service electro of "Heartbeat" could have been the 10th-funniest song on 808s & Heartbreak-- somewhere between "The Coldest Winter" and "Love Lockdown"

the reviewer seems like the type of guy who enjoys sitting around with his friends and arguing whether the 36 Chambers was more real than Done by the Forces of Nature

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

no bro.  i've got Canadian Winter in heavy rotation right now.  but, i heard that oscar Peninsula single at the club last weekend, bumpin.

ya, between that and the Joel Plaskett and Shotgun Jimmie's new 12 inch, i think we're looking at record of the year.

absolutely hate radiohead

they're the more pretentious version of coldplay.  as if it were possible.  and it is.

I'm sure the dudes in Radiohead are extremely pretentious.
What I was saying is that making a list of 34 songs predominantly by artists nobody has ever heard of and calling that the 34 best songs is pretty pretentious.
I believe clams touched on that unless i misunderstood.
How am I not a nice person?

And nobody has ever heard of anybody on your list other than Lil Wayne and Radiohead. I am also not 100% sure you know what pretentious means.

i've heard of Deathcab for Cutie. Only because they had a song on Scrubs once.
Sometimes I think of the Book of Job and how God likes to really eff with people.
