Saw Har Mar Superstar last night. Had an absolute blast. About four songs in, though, he turns around, looking for something by the side of the stage. Then, the show comes to a screeching halt and he starts repeatedly saying, "Where's my drug rug? Has anyone seen my drug rug?" After a bit, he's like, "Okay, this isn't cool. I had my drug rug right over here and somebody took it." So, he's asking whoever took it to return it while most of us are trying to figure out that a drug rug is a Mexican poncho. Then, he's like, "All right, I'm leaving the stage for five minutes and if my drug rug isn't returned, the show's cancelled!" So, we're just standing around like, "this is weird," for a while and some manager comes out, gets on the mic, and says, "YOU GUYS mumped UP! THE SHOW IS CANCELLED!" So, I'm thinking, okay, whatever, HMS is kind of a diva, I guess. But he came back out not long after and said he wasn't really going to cancel, that "this is what I do," and that the manager dude was just trying to be the bad guy in the situation. I guess my takeaway is that HMS is totally the rock and roll god that you already knew he was.

Dudes. The show tonight @MOTRpub was great, but Cincinnati owes me a drug rug. I hope the thief's dick or vagina falls off.
