These are my in-person experiences.
3. Vs. #6 Ku 1995, was a freshman at K-State. We were ranked #14, I believe. It was never close; after Ku's first possesion, we blocked the punt for a safety (maybe TD?) never looked back. First time I ever rushed the field.
2. Vs OU, 2000, reg season. Despite the loss, it was easily the loudest I have ever heard that place; We were down 31-17. We stopped OU deep in their territory. We block their punt for a TD, and the place just exploded, freaking nuts. I honestly thought we had the momentum and would pull it out after that. Alas, OU promptly marched right down the field for a TD. Heupel=

1. Vs. Nebraska 2003, My first time in Lincoln. My roommate and I, on a whim, decided to roadie up that morning and try our luck with scalpers. Otherwise we'd catch it in a bar. As luck would have it, we ran into an EMAW explaining two of his buddies bailed on him. He wanted face value for his extras, and, what's more, they were in the K-State section. First half was close, but then E3 and Terry took over in the 2nd half. I loved seeing the dejected Nubbs while walking out of Memorial.
