Generally always check it out at the airport.  Then I read the Kansas State portion of it, get mad, and put it back without paying for it.
Where did you get that overnight bag?

I'm guessing Stoops jumps at the chance to critique KSU.

Read it at DIA yesterday.

Opposing coach view: "better fundmentals instantly. credit to OB. typical of his teams."

Had us at 5-7 (2-6) for this year.

#12 recruiting class in the big 12

Pretty sure Athlon makes these up.

Athlon's list of the top coaching jobs, 1 thru 120.

Can you guess which Big 12 team goes where?

1. XXXXXXXXXX
*Everything is in place to win big on a consistent basis.

6. XXXXXXXXXX
*Not every coach has won big, but it is clearly one of the marquee jobs in the nation.

17. XXXXXXXXX
*You have everything in place to win big—except a local recruiting base. How big is that hurdle? Significant but not insurmountable. No longer a top 10 job but still desirable.

18. XXXXXXXXX
*Has everything you would want in a job—great facilities, strong following, tremendous recruiting base—but the competition in the Big 12 [deleted] is so fierce. If you win, you will have earned it.

27. XXXXXXXXXXX
*In a vacuum, this would be a wonderful place to coach, but if you have your sights set on competing for a national title, [city] might not be the place for you. There's a reason the school has won only [number deleted] conference titles since the mid-1950s.

31. XXXXXXXXXX
*Three different coaches have won 10 games in a season since [year deleted], so it is possible to win big. But until the school makes significant commitment to the program, it cannot be considered an elite job.

37. XXXXXXXXX
*A good job—but not a great job. You can average eight wins per season and go to decent bowl games, but rarely is this school a threat to contend for Big 12 titles more than once every five or six years.

44. XXXXXXXXX
*Might be the fifth most attractive job in its own division, but it's still a very good program that has proven it can remain relevant in the Big 12.

54. XXXXXXXXX
*Solid athletic department but no tradition.

64. XXXXXXXXXX
*Toughest job in the Big 12.

67. XXXXXXXXXX
*Has few built-in advantages. [Name deleted] is the only coach who has figured out how to get it done.

70. XXXXXXXXX
*Tough job but school has good fan support.

Correct order, even though Athlon is wrong: Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Texas A&M, Oklahoma State, Colorado, Missouri, Texas Tech, Kansas, Baylor, K-State, Iowa State.

I don't get how the toughest job is the 10th best of 12.
