Women of University of Kansas Calendar June 2009-December 2010
Model and Sales Representative
Worked side by side selling calendars with Miss United States 2004.
Presented and marketed the longest running collegiate calendar.

This is in her resume. Nothing else qualifies her for the position but could be worth an interview just for this experience alone what do you think?

A chick I went to grad school with was NOT qualified academically for the program but sent her swimsuit modelling photos with her application. An old lech who was suspended from teaching at the university for several years because he sexually harassed a female student headed up the admissions committee the year she got in. The rest is history.

I mean, what could possibly go wrong?

Absolutely. After all the trolls I've had to interview, someone like that deserves a break. Better-looking people are more successful in life. Coincidence? I think not.

why wouldn't you interview her?
justify it by telling yourself that you should never hire someone based soley upon their resumes and you should never disqualify a potential candidate soley based upon their resume.

Good job with the search so far jthutch. The next step is posting the great gals (and guys) pictures that applied online for others to pass judgment.

After some online research, I would say if she's a burnette and was in the calendar, hire her. If she was a blonde, you're going to have to look a little closer. The ones of 2009 were pretty hit and miss.
