Promissory Note for Sale on Mobile Home in MIssin Hills CA

Dear Jim,

My husband and I met you and your wife at the viewing of a boxing match at a Local Casino, we are Vincent and Sara Mata. On July 12, 2012 we entered into an agreement to sell my parents mobile home for a sale price of $ 57,000. The buyers put a $20,000 down payment and signed a note for $ 38,000 at 7% interest. The agreement was for 120 payments (10 years) of monthly payments at $ 441.21. If the buyers continue through all ten years they will have paid in principal and interest on the $ 38,000 a total of $ 59,945.20. We are interested in someone who would buy this note for $25,000.00 in cash. Do you know of any private party or company that would be interested in this transaction? Please let us know.

This deal must be kept secret forever, and all correspondence will be strictly by email/telephone for security purposes.

Got this today.  Also included a video attachment titled "Xbox video of Brendan"

My day has been complete sh*t.  I just got in at 8:35, 45 min after dropping her off.
 
First I hear and see 696 is all backed up, so I decide to take 10 Mile all the way across, slow but still moving.  Then the Lodge service drive is so backed up people are running the light.  I skip that to go to Greenfield and see from the overpass that the Lodge isn’t moving at all.
 
Then I turn onto what I thought was Greenfield only to realize that I’m about to get onto the f***king SOUTHFIELD expressway.  I found the last side street before the expressway, got back on track to GREENFIELD, then get into my lot.
 
About to enter the building, realize I left my work shoes in trunk, go back to car, and fall on my a$$ so hard someone asked if I was okay.  I was – only hurt my pride.
 
Then I realized I left my phone on the dining room table, so you can’t text me today.
 
If you can’t get the movie, I’ll get it to you tonight.
