Good morning everyone,

Here are my items to discuss for the Planning Retreat. Obviously, there is a ton to cover, so the more you've prayed and the more ideas you bring, the more we can get done. Please, please, please don't show up w/ nothing or just having prayed on your drive down there. We need to maximize our time so we can maximize 2014. The more we can plan according to God's direction, the more we'll be ready for God to break through in our church--which is what we all want. Thank you so much for your time, effort, & heart. We have seen a total of 845 lbs. lost in 4 week thru this program. Donna did some wonderful education on Monday night about how to keep this weight off. I am attaching the link that we all learned about on Monday night. These details will help you keep this weight off forever and if you have any questions please feel free to contact me. We are still meeting every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. even if you are on maintenance you should still continue to coming so that you stay connected to the motivation.
