FACT: the air in topeka is not made of nitrogen or oxygen, it is made of evaporated urine and large molecules of despair.

Best Burger in town at a sit down restaurant is Annies, as Saul points out.  Best fast food burger is currently the Pad Burger, but used to be the Buddy Burger.

Fact:  The Pad (elite North Topeka fast food burger joint) is owned by the same family that owned Buddy's  (previously located on 10th street across from the hospitals), but after Buddy's was taken over by their son (a would-be heavy weight boxing contender, Dangerous Damon Reed), it folded.

Buddy's served RC Cola!

Now they are a fast food Mexican restaurant named "Andale!" - I haven't tried it yet.

Pad is still around in N. Topeka.  They had a location at 21st and Washburn for awhile but folded.
Never did try it, but I guess it sucked.

It is now "Kim's Vietnamese" - super elite/good. Fresh spring rolls (with that clear rice paper), Pho and Bubble tea :D

I have had Kim's.  I have still not had Saigon....should I bother?

Saigon is good too....for Vietnamese. They serve "Chinese" there too but I haven't/won't try it.

Trick question.

Base color won't be noticeable after all the race sponsor patches are applied.

During Ross Perot's 1992 presidential run he called Topeka, "A place I would be proud to call home" which the Kansas Republican Party had  engraved in granite at the local party headquarters.  However, he was later quoted as saying the same about cities across the country leading to the destruction of the granite engraving and it's subsequent replacement with an engraving of wheat and a meadowlark.
