my cousin lived @chase a few years before I did.  Guess she came home to a bunch of emergency vehicles at her building.  Turns out the people below here were cooking meth and this was like early 90's!  :surprised:

reading the comments on the video it appears two people were doin it in the pool and everyone started to call them out on it and the dude doing the doin got pissed.

I lived there a year or so ago ... it's really not that bad. Just a plethora of bros by the pool in the summer and occasionally drunkasses outside your apartment late on the weekends. As a plus, free shirts!  :excited:

The pool has never been like that outside of this one day for the past two summers... Just got outta control. Usually laid back... That being said, after seeing those people (questionable, but most likely) doin it in the pool and seeing quite a bit of blood in the pool that day, I won't be going back I don't think. Also, I think maybe one or two of the 8 or so people in thefight were likely students

+1, until floors started collapsing.

We lived there 2 yrs before that happened.  Quickest transition from Elite to GTFOOMF I have ever seen in an apt complex.

I was at a party where the floor dropped a foot or two over the course of the evening.

The guys who lived there didn't have to pay anything because they proved that the number of people in the apartment shouldn't have caused it to dip.  It was an actual structural issue.

Or so the story goes.
