Never been a huge fan of the place, but I've had fun on a few occasions. I haven't been since last summer, but I just stumbled upon this video and it kinda shows how  :flush: the crowd can be there sometimes. Pretty entertaining, though.

I knew Coop pretty well, didn't really know Simoneau though.  Pretty sure Coop lived at Woodway, then a house on Sunset.  He gave us all their patio furniture.  Pretty sure it was stolen but it was nice, new wrought iron stuff.

Chase was so elite...

Lived there my freshman year.  Most of the b-ball team lived there.  Swartzendrubber, Rhodes, etc.  Good guys.

+1, until floors started collapsing.

We lived there 2 yrs before that happened.  Quickest transition from Elite to GTFOOMF I have ever seen in an apt complex.
