From what I understand, most NIL is verbal.  That is according to the UNLV issue that popped up this season regarding a QB wanting to redshirt since he wasn't getting the promised NIL.  I don't think ppl know how to structure it in to contracts yet, according to an article I read around that UNLV issue.

So, if that's the case, probably not.

A reliable and fluid threat PG cures most ills. We have athletic parts. We just aren’t playing a cohesive game. We also need to rough ridin' hustle, help, and rebound, but that comes easier when there is a flow.
