Quite a few teams want a piece of Nebraska, but what's best for both the Huskers and the rest of the Big Ten? Remember that the league needs to sell its product both regionally and nationally. The Iowa-Nebraska game (Farmageddon) has the potential to be huge.

Farmageddon would require at least both participants to be an Ag school/Land Grant. Iowa is just as Ag as chickens down the road.

Somebody needs to mention this on Wikipedia to immediately cement it. Because Wikipedia is synonymous with permanence. Get that crap up there with links to articles from last year by Kevin Haskins. Iowa and Nebraska fans are beginning to call their new-found rivalry 'Farmageddon.' It's time Iowa State and Kansas State take a stand for keeping the rivalry that is ours from our Big Ten foe. Iowa State vs Kansas State game needs a trophy and needs Farmageddon written all over it so we can etch in stone (or bronze, or w/e material it would be) Farmageddon as a match-up between Iowa State and Kansas State, two agricultural, land-grant schools that improve the quality of farms, not a bunch of doctors and lawyers at Iowa and Nebraska.

U of Iowa is a respectable law school. They have nothing to be stuck up about though.

This is not at all accurate. I wouldn't let a Creighton grad check my blood pressure. NU has a surprisingly good med school.
