the availability of porn is a parental problem, not big brother.  maybe don't give little johnny a cellphone when he's 12.

also, maybe don't marry some hot ass lady with a hot ass daughter, then little johnny won't feel the need to search for that on pornhub.

sidenote:  apparently pornhub is not available in oklahoma anymore, our state legislature made a law that in oklahoma, to look at porn, you have to provide proof of age like a drivers license.  sites like pornhub said "nope"

I remember when our son was 12 years old and my wife did a search history on his computer and found that "big boobs" was a fairly regular search for him.  I was kind of proud.

so pure

that or just go to one of the other 1000 sites that aren't blocked. or just use the social media that parents allow their kids to use that is like 98% porn.

Kids today have no more access to unfettered porn than I did in the early 90s.
I must be misunderstanding you. You think porn in the early 90s is accessible as it is today?

I had a roll of porn mags rolled up in the sleeve of my letter jacket, that my mom found by the way. My porn collection was from the convenience store and from friends. In addition to this I could turn on HBO and cinemax every night after 10 and beat my dick raw. Yes, the internet makes access to porn easier, but to act like we couldn't see tits nearly whenever we wanted is inaccurate.

Also please let's not skip over the other point that porn has been available on the internet for 30 years now.
I'm not saying there weren't opportunities to look at playboys and hustlers or to stay up till your parents went to bed to watch softcore on HBO or skinemax back in the early 90s.  I'm saying porn is a lot more accessible now than it was back then.

Nearly everyone has the most depraved porn the internet has to offer at their fingertips now.  That's different than in 1994.

I know that really wasn't the thrust ( ;) ) of your original post, that just struck me as bonkers.

Not that it was just as easy in 1994, it's just overstated at how hard it was to access porn. You used to be able to see tits in Dillons!

It's the same in Kansas and several other states. This is what the porn ban will look like but most porn sites aren't based here and will just ignore whatever asinine law they gin up

There is quite a bit of difference in the content you were able to access in the 90s vs what is easily accessible today.

Links?  This was my largest concern about Trump. Really hope he doesn’t actually embrace project 2025.

What are the cliffs on 2025? I figured it was just continuation of Trump 1.0 doctrine.

A big aim is to shrink the size of the government. Couldn’t agree more. Quite frankly just having 1 person in charge is the most efficient way to get things done.

For the record I’m not in favor of having a dictator. I’m just in favor of a single individual with absolute and unchecked power and authority to do whatever needs to be done.

Yep.  A big thing they want is to use Schedule F to reclassify a bunch of fed employees so that the president can fire them anytime he wants.  P2025 has been enrolling and training conservatives to fill those rolls once Don fires them, effectively reforming a very large part of all departments to the views of the far right/Heritage Foundation.  The bullshit you hear politicians say is usually just bullshit that will never make it through a vote and the day to day functioning of the overall government has always been done by the group of employees that are non-partisan jobs.  Now, they are going to make those partisan jobs, meaning that the various govt departments will more align with the bullshit du jour and will have the inclination to act as such.  Pick your fav govt department and imagine how that may playout with whatever issue.  It is something that could have a very large actual effect on the daily lives of Americans.

It also includes getting rid of the dept of ed, rough ridin' up the post office, tariffs, no climate stuff, reworking or eliminating social security, traditional nuclear family, etc.  Basically all the far right wet dream stuff you have been hearing since Reagan.  That is what the Heritage guys have always been about.  Is it all bad?  I don't know.  If fully implemented it will have huge effect.  Trump doesn't care. He will pull the drastic changes and just keep moving.  I imagine this is the prefect opportunity for Heritage to get trump to do the heavy cultural lifting, then slide JD in behind him and get 8 years to iron it out smooth.

I think some of it is mumped up.  I think some of it might be interesting but might be a high stakes gamble.
