If I’m Gene, I’m furious with Linton. Why would Gene want to stick around after that? Kleinman seems loyal to Gene. This isn’t a terrific situation for KSU.

It seems like a shitty position for KSU to be in, just hoping an old AD decides to stick around to accumulate wealth.

If we were serious about competing at the highest levels, this seems counter to our mission.

I say this as somebody who has watched KSU uniquely eff itself in the ass through poor pres/AD stewardship multiple times and yet is not quite ready to completely give up on giving a crap about KSU. Close, but not quite there yet.
