YES. nothing crushes my childrens souls more than showing up to some place and the root beer is caffeinated. shirley temples just don't have the same punch.

I was pissed because Saturday night I went to dinner and a comedy show and had a nasty non-alcoholic cocktail and woke up Sunday with a terrible cold that was worse than any hangover. LIKE WHAT WAS THE POINT

for me it's way harder to be dry at home. I'm just so used to making myself a cocktail or cracking a beer and chilling out when I'm bored, but when I'm out doing things with people I have something to keep myself occupied.

You suave son of a bitch.  Macallan 12?  Glenlivet?  I got a bottle of Glenlivet Founder's Reserve for a gift but haven't cracked it yet.

And agree with you and Mcat that not having one at home is probably a tad tougher than going out and not having one.  Still dry as well.

yes, the beautiful snow we had falling on saturday, while i was stuck inside with no where to go made me want to pour a stout and play some board games, which is what i somehow did minus the stout(s)!
