More breweries should make a good root beer and put it on tap.  I’d frequently chose a sudsy root beer in a frosty mug over a crispy boi after a run/hike, especially when with the fam.
Call it a sarsaparilla and I think you’re on to something

Makes me feel so Oregon Trail/Old Timey and i love it

This snow isn't gonna help!

Now 12-1.
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I think I’ll join you all for the remainder of the month.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

YES. nothing crushes my childrens souls more than showing up to some place and the root beer is caffeinated. shirley temples just don't have the same punch.

I was pissed because Saturday night I went to dinner and a comedy show and had a nasty non-alcoholic cocktail and woke up Sunday with a terrible cold that was worse than any hangover. LIKE WHAT WAS THE POINT

let's call it a "dry at home" january, so no drinking at home. had gotten into a good rhythm of having a scotch or two each night through the holidays. will have some beers at the chiefs game this weekend and also on a three-day trip later this month. other than that, nothing!

Still rolling. Tried to add no nicotine to the mix, but only lasted about 12 hours in that regard.

for me it's way harder to be dry at home. I'm just so used to making myself a cocktail or cracking a beer and chilling out when I'm bored, but when I'm out doing things with people I have something to keep myself occupied.

You suave son of a bitch.  Macallan 12?  Glenlivet?  I got a bottle of Glenlivet Founder's Reserve for a gift but haven't cracked it yet. :lick:

And agree with you and Mcat that not having one at home is probably a tad tougher than going out and not having one.  Still dry as well.

I'm passing through Zyn land as I quit the dip. Haven't had a real chew since some time in early December.
