I have to think that Tang understands how to balance buy in and punishments with getting important, tournament resume building, W's. If we slow play Tomlin into January, either the unknown infraction was bigger than I assume, or we are idiots, imo.

One good thing about the Tomlin situation is the opportunity for Rich to get more minutes and delight the fans. Still, we need Tomlin back by Nova so we can get a good non-com scalp for the tournament.

honestly Kaluma might be the best iso player on this team and that is concerning

we’ve got a whole lot of new minutes on the floor. it’s going to take some time for everyone to learn their roles and responsibilities.

right now they don’t much resemble a team as much as they do a group of players.

Cam can get to the basket when he's being aggressive, but he seems to take his foot off the pedal for long stretches.
Kaluma's value was obvious when Tang took him out after the 12 minute timeout and he didn't get back in for 4-5 minutes when a 9-point lead disappeared.

I'll listen to the argument we're a better team with Ames in the lineup and one of the two bigs out. I'm anxious to see the lineup of Tomlin, Kaluma, Ames, Carter and Perry.

Would add Kaluma may have sat because he took a knee to the thigh. I noticed immediately after the game he was noticeably limping on his right leg.
