As a 10 y.o. lad, my then guitar teacher hunted hogs with a spear up in a tree and then a Bowie knife after jumping down. Of course, he was supported by a pack of hunting dogs and a guy with a handgun.

IMO we should focus on the root cause.

Assault weapons do two things better than any other guns: mass killing and coping with a small dong. Until we solve the small dong issue I’m afraid there will always be a massive contingent blocking the renewal of the assault weapons ban.
