Sweet 16 is a good year for any program and shouldn't be looked down upon. An elite 8 run is truly elite.  Very few teams make it that far.... like 8 I think.

It really seems to layout more like 2003.  Sky High expectations, a key injury early and then a strong finish.  Would winning the Big 12 tourney champ game over KU = Beating the GOAT OU team in KC?
