Yeah I'm with rusty. Infinitely worse how?
Did you happen to catch OU fans reaction to this? OU fans were already down on Lebby, this won't help, at all. I think that Lebby's explanation is perfectly fine but if you believe his head coach and his athletic director, that they had no idea, you have to think there will be some repercussions for that. Even if the message is "hey Jeff, you can't have him on the sideline anymore" that's an issue if his stance is "he's family and I want him around." Again, I'm fine with his explanation but the follow up from Guerin Emig is interesting to me because Art has never been caught on the sideline, wearing gear, after one of Kendall's games, or any of Lebby's games at Ole Miss for that matter.
People wouldn't even let this dude coach 1A high school football, this isn't just going to go away.
Clams I think the answer to your question is when he shows contrition, he can maybe start the process of seeking redemption with some one, anyone, allowing him the grace to do so. He and literally everyone involved never saying sorry or even expressing that they could have and should have done things differently is the exact reason why redemption will never come.
