RJ is our 2 unless we have a super secret plan I am unaware of. I think a good 2 is one of our top 2 priorities in the portal.

i can assure you that I take no solace in mocking your bbiq. maybe you just think the 2’s on this roster are incapable of playing in this league?
The only person on the roster that resembles a 2 is RJ and he got less than 10 minutes a game on an NIT squad.
so the rest of our guards are point guards? that’s something to consider, I guess.
D2 is a PG, but not ready for the minutes
the other guards, including TP, were two’s attempting to play the one. i guess that you could say they’re “shoot first point guards”, but even that’s a giant stretch.
this is all my jmo of course but arguing the difference between who’s a one versus a two is really just noise.
whatever you want to call it, we need someone who can handle the ball pressure and run the offense. TP was not that guy in any way. he is a catch and shoot dude, as are the rest of them. any of our guys can chuck the ball up at a good enough pace when and if they’re fed the ball in the offense.
it’s hard for me to believe that anyone who watched this team this season would conclude that we what we need most is anything but a point guard, but different strokes
