-Said he hadn't been stressing over the expansion/realignment saga.

-Said how he feels the conference is now stronger in basketball now that they will play Texas/Okie State/etc. 2x a year.

-Said offseasons workouts and camps are going well.

Might have missed some other points, I could only half-listen as I got caught on the phone.
