You could just look up the elements. I've brought civil RICO charges before, but I don't do criminal law. It's just a fancy conspiracy. You need one or more predicate crimes, and two or more confederates who perform predicate acts. The predicate crimes can be anything, really. As you probably know, RICO laws were invented to make it easier to prosecute the mafia, which seems oddly fitting for Trump.

This is one of the things that really makes me excited about he Georgia indictment. Would be great fun to watch Trump melt down as rats jump off of his ship. Good discussion about the possibilities in the podcast linked below:
