I'm guessing his probation won't allow him to leave the country and then he decides to go play golf somewhere and he and all the daxes out there will start crying about how he's being persecuted and how the Biden administration is trying to jail their political opponent for playing golf.

Herr Garland got very very testy when the constitutionality of the appointment was brought up in recent hearings.

Suffice it to say his demeanor and attitude towards the line of questions was very . . . fascistic.

There's a reason that Herr Garland had to hold his water bottle with both hands and he got very ragey when he was asked about the constitutionality of the Smith special counsel appointment.

Besides, Herr Garland and friends are going to appeal anyway, and it'll probably go to some Biden or Obama appointee(s) and all will be right in your world again, BAC, and you won't say a word about the conflict at all.

BTW, your boy Mr. Smith admitted to the court a few weeks ago that the DOJ altered/withheld/tampered with evidence.

As was pointed out in congressional hearings, much to the rage of Herr Garland, the appointment of a special counsel (from outside the government) requires a presidential appointment and the approval of congress, at least the senate.

Now, what self awarded loophole is the DOJ going to try to use in their appeal?
