Not a huge fan to be honest. Mostly because i don't eat much sweets at all and if I have one I want it perfect which is nearly impossible. I had really good one a while back by making it and putting in foil and then on the grill. The timing has to be perfect or it makes the cracker soft which is a no go.

Frequent smoring in the tdaver household.  If you are patient, indirect low and slow to get that mallow puffed up and golden is the way to go.

smOreos are one of our regular variations
Keebler fudge stripes instead of grahams/chocolate if you’re lazy
when mrstdaver is feeling fancy, she make her own marshmallows and melt down some good dark chocolate into graham sized disks
