Choices on the poll are vaccines, omicron variant, masks, and lockdowns and other measures.

And the answer is vaccines.

no option for aged urine + ivermectin? This poll is fake news.

Srsly, vaccines plus a majority of the population recovering from prior infection.

yes, the covid vaccine and also the covid variant that killed 100k+ (?) people in three months and infected like 800k americans daily at its peak have both helped with the decline of covid

Did Trump not get enough signatures to be included on this list?

obviously vaccines and the virus itself in all variants are responsible for most people being exposed at this point and slowing it to where we are now. masks and distancing and lockdowns and whatever else were never going to get us there but were important to slow spread while we got enough people vaccinated/infected/killed while keeping hospitals with beds for those that got it. china needs to figure that out eventually (and they will, one way or the other).

I think their biggest problem is their elderly seem to distrust vaccines more than ours do

actually I don't know that and haven't researched it. just something I've picked up from the aether

I wouldn't trust a vaccine being pushed by the Chinese government, either.

Personal/anecdotal theory

vaccine hesitancy is directly based on educational/socio economic status.
