If it were up to me, Wintz would be on a fan scholarship, full ride.

We have a new president and the donors clearly demonstrated with the Brad stuff this go around they will pony up large dollars for top tier basketball.Obviously, I hope you are correct. However, I will believe it when I see it. The Mustang is on record as being against NIL as a means to pay for talent.

If Tyrese Hunter went to KU, floodaggy heads would explode and I'm here for it!

I was thinking his main guy was going to be one of the Players from within the last year or two but can’t recall who it was, maybe one of the Sextons?

He correctly pointed out that the NCAA forbids NIL being used as a tool for high school recruiting, that doesn't even apply here and even if it did that doesn't mean he's "against it." He's not going to go on record advocating for breaking NCAA rules when he doesn't live in a state that doesn't have laws superceding those rules.
another commitment incoming according to the twitter
This dude:https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/player/_/id/4898380/cam-carterhttps://n.rivals.com/content/prospects/2021/camryn-carter-269567
Now that the commits are coming I'm sure it'll make it easier for others to join too.

We will see in time whether KSU administration is here to win or not.

I imagine those who are the loudest critics of college athletic departments will be the ones least likely to put in to the NIL pot.
