I watched. Biden literally said, "We don't need to defund the police. We need to FUND the police." Both sides of the aisle cheered.

As to the OP, I thought it was OK. Biden is old and stumbles at reading the teleprompter sometimes. But I do think he's a good man who genuinely cares. I'll accept that over Trump.

Agree it was miles better than any of Trump’s, but no SOTU is getting better than a B- from me if it goes over an hour.
