seems pretty dumb to go looking for another non-con game. with 3 games left we only need to win 1 to ensure we are .500 or better. adding another game just means we have to win at least 2. So if the worry is that we might lose out our remaining 3 games, adding 1 more non-con game won't get us to the .500 line, we still have to win at least 1 of our remaining conference games.
in the end, EMAW will always win.
There are obviously a lot more details that go into it, but typically the worst overall records that get at-larges are about 18-14.

We've already piled up enough losses, that ship has sailed. As far as the tournament profile goes there is no difference between 16-14 and 17-13. At that point it's all about having the right wins to give you a high enough NET and enough quad 1 wins. Worth noting that as it sits today BYU is 51 in the net, which means it would not be a quad 1 opportunity for K-State but it would be one for BYU.
We really need to win today. A loss today might end ALL post season hopes. Unless you think we'd do the CBI.
