A yearlong investigation by The Insider, in collaboration with 60 Minutes and Der Spiegel, has uncovered evidence suggesting that unexplained anomalous health incidents, also known as Havana Syndrome, may have their origin in the use of directed energy weapons wielded by members of Russian GRU Unit 29155. Members of the Kremlin’s infamous military intelligence sabotage squad have been placed at the scene of suspected attacks on overseas U.S. government personnel and their family members, leading victims to question what Washington knows about the origins of Havana Syndrome, and what an appropriate Western response might entail.

Imagine having the largest and most expensive intelligence apparatus in the world and yet still not being sure who is doing these things years later.

Even more concerning is that at least one case, it took Florida cops to get one guy. I suppose the FBI was busy planning early morning raids on people who said mean things about Joe or sending agents to peoples houses to discuss meme's on social media.

I thought the mention of them potentially using this on the battlefield was pretty crazy. That hadn't even crossed my mind.

Last March - From the world's most expensive intelligence entity:

"There is no credible evidence that a foreign adversary has a weapon or collection device" causing the symptoms, the report added. U.S officials said the lack of explanation did not discredit the symptoms described by U.S. personnel and their family members.

Based on the 60 minutes reporting they know who is doing it but they don't want to acknowledge it for whatever reason.  :th_twocents:

How does one blame Biden for Bibi being a dipshit?

When you look at genocide and purposeful starving of a population and claim you see nothing and thus pledge to keep selling Israel arms, you are part of the problem.

“Havana Syndrome” is not a real thing. Unless you don’t believe in Physics or Medical science and would prefer to believe a handful of state department and CIA employees who had some migraines and tummy aches that they decided to blame on a microwave laser.

An alleged 5 year investigation by the world's most expensive intelligence agencies said there's nothing to it.

Russian quarterly budget revenues rise more than half amid high oil prices
Russian budget revenues in the first quarter of 2024 reached Rbs8.7tn ($94bn) thanks to elevated oil prices, marking year-on-year growth of more than half, finance ministry data showed on Monday.

Energy revenues, which make up a third of Russia’s total budget earnings, surged almost 80 per cent to Rbs2.9tn, fuelled by high oil prices and one-off payments from energy exporters due to taxation changes.

In April, a Kyiv School of Economics report concluded western sanctions had not achieved their aim of leaving Moscow without windfall oil revenues while keeping Russian oil afloat.

Mac just bought $600m worth of Russian gas, just a few weeks after threatening to send in the troops
