Sadly, I don’t think any of this will end up saving Ukraine.  I suspect the 40 mile long (and growing) Russian military convoy will end up encircling Kyiv and murder thousands of civilians on their way to exterminating Ukrainian leaders.

However, Russia will be proven to be a total pariah and on or with North Korea. Super bad news for any politicians with close ties to Russia.  Ouch.

Russia already trades energy for yuan, I do think there is a risk that we see the dollar lose some of its status over the next couple decades as SWIFT is now part of the sanctions package and China sees it as a way to expand their influence. But that was probably somewhat inevitable and but I think crypto is as much of a solution as the yuan as for the way it will happen for more transactions/settlements/trade in the future.
