He's going too long without EZ they're going to lose because of OU's second chance points.

We also have no one stopping them at the rim, doesn't look like EZ is going to play.

OU mising its best player in front a crowd of hundreds was our best chance a conference road win.  Watching SonofBelvisNoland play a perfect game was painful and i expect that to happen every time he plays us

We're going to lose an assload of close games, just prepare yourselves for it now. We'll go 5-13 and lose like 8 of those by 1-3 possessions.

That sounds about right. I think 13 wins is probable, 15 is ceiling. And against good teams we’ll be lucky to have a competitive game

problem is the offense couldn't get going with a traditional 5, but then without one rebounding was a mess...i guess on net though, the small ball lineup did better

That’s probably the best game from 3 point range we will have in conference play. Need to win when that happens.

That hasn't been the standard this year though. I think Kaosi has been really good and not only can't the small lineup rebound but more importantly, they can't guard. Nowell has actually been a really good rebounder and obviously we missed that tonight. I think the biggest problem with the small lineup is that Ish is a finesse player and he's not great on defense, especially against an even decent big

I watch a game like this and I'm like, "yeah, that's what we do." We've been playing the same style for a long time now. I don't know what some people expect when they watch. Phi Slamma Jamma? Showtime?

just based on this game, the small lineup defended pretty damn well imo...again, not counting defensive rebounding

Didn't watch, but how does a college basketball team score only 22 points in the first half. How can offense be this hard? Looked like we had 12 points with 7 min left in the first half. That is just putrid.

That's a pretty important part of defending. 1.15 ppp in the second half isn't good, it just happens that we were bombing in a ton of 3s.

i missed a chunk of the game, but i remember they had their share of tossing crap up and somehow going in.

it seemed like the rebounds were more from effort and bad hands than height. just playing hot potato out there. it shouldn't be that stressful when an opponent misses a shot.
