Tyler Lockett not getting first team AA, all purpose, was borderline criminal.

Lockett was a consensus AA at all-purpose. I don’t remember it at the time either, but he was.

I was speaking about the AP. K-State said in the release on Monday that Lockett was the first AP first teamer since Jordy.

LSU put some hard hits on Deuce early in the game but he did not hesitate to meet the challenge. Freak, stud and (I'll say it again) great gift to the Wildcat people.

dropped in on a KU recruiting space on twitter last night. The dude straight up said Devin Neal is better than Deuce. Couldn't tell if he was trolling or not.
However

Don’t get me wrong, I think Devin Neal is a very good RB and would love him as a Deuce sub, but that’s absolutely what he’d be is Deuce’s sub.

Yeah, Deuce is better. But Neal is a pretty damn good freshman and a Lawrence native, so of course he's going to be a fan favorite.

I hope Neal survives long enough to make it to NFL, KU seems to have forgotten about recruiting offensive lineman.

Fun fact. Not that Deuce will use it all, but he and Neal have the same amount of eligibility remaining.

Quote
RB: Deuce Vaughn, Kansas State
RB: Brian Robinson, Alabama

With 146 rushing yards and four total touchdowns, Vaughn was too much for overmatched LSU to handle in the Wildcats' 42-20 Texas Bowl win. Robinson eclipsed the 200-yard mark in the Tide's 27-6 win against Cincinnati in the semifinals and added 96 yards of total offense against the Bulldogs.
