Hoping you all have a great holiday season and get to do some things you love, even if not with all of those you love. Message boards and social media are places of hyperbole and stuff like best, greatest, etc. gets thrown around a lot but I would say, honestly, each of those things about my friends here.

I got to have at least one more holiday season with all of my family and friends, and that is the best gift of all.

And yes, I found out after marriage that I was marrying into elf culture. She brings many great qualities to the table though so it was not a deal-breaker.

Honestly, there were clear signs and I ignored them...
