It is. The slower months are definitely December-February though. I definitely wish each month had cats football home games though

You also won't find a real estate investor that tells you it's headache free, except maybe people that are limited partners in syndication or REIT investors. Those types typically have smaller returns though.

Thankfully hardwood floors.. which reminds me one lady complained about it not having area rugs or more decor on the walls.. PEOPLE

You should consider putting pics in the rental ad so people have an idea of hardwood to rug ratio and wall decor.
