My favorite Christmas gift this year. My KSU robe is a close second.

So what does it say about me that my in-laws think I would enjoy a "history" book "written" by Bill O'Reilly? Are they trying to set me straight because I read news from dangerous left-wing organizations like the Wall Street Journal or do I give off a vibe that says I like to use my leisure time read books written by morons, for morons?

He's actually a good author and quite good at history research. His show is incel click bait content. Give the book a shot.

I read Killing Lincoln a few years ago. It could be that Bill’s association with FoxNews has poisoned my opinion of him (do miss the old Inside Edition days). I think I will stick with David McCullough and Ron Chernow.

A family member gave me “Killing the Rising Sun” yesterday. Said it was very good and really highlights “how viscous the Japanese were.” The intro to the book is Bill owning Jeremiah Wright (and Obama by proxy) for questioning the morality of dropping atomic bombs on civilians. Why you would pick this book out the mountains of books out there about WW2 and questions surrounding the use of atomic weapons.

None of those other books are written at a 5th grade reading level.
