Ratings will most certainly go down for CNN and MSNBC.  I hope to not tune in every day to cable news to see what stupid thing the POTUS said/tweeted today.  I have a subscription to NYT that I doubt I cancel because it's so cheap. Washington Post has Amazon money so they're probably not going away in the next 4 years.

What you'll be cheerleading for in the pre-scripted press conferences with ChiCom Joe is a lot of questions about his favorite ice cream, while you fawn over the litany of  puff pieces written about his staff.

Every opinion piece is about POTUS

That's all day, every day for WaPo

They're obsessed

Not surprising that certain people don't get that.

I've been enjoying my WaPo digital sub since the Carolla19 started. Nice app with informative daily e-mail.

I really am surprised by that given that they cater to #blueanon 24/7/365.

Don't hear a lot about Rachel "Alex Jones Jr." Maddow these days either.

Blueanon doesn't get its info from 24hr TVNews, Dax. They don't tend to be over 70.

Clay had that one locked and loaded for months, just waiting to get that final percentage, knowing his army of non thinking drones would run to all corners of the internet with it.

I find it hilarious you guys don't want to discuss that the left news stations are hurting because orange man is bad is out of office and they don't want to actually spin on their own mess. It's obviously bad for business. Trump is the best thing that ever happened to CNN and SNL and now they both suck again.

I don't think anyone is disagreeing with you. Kind of like how a good war is great for the economy or a random act of violence by a POC is great for Tucker Carlson's ratings. It's an unfortunate reality.

Take it to the common ground thread.  Or the who gives a eff how cable news is doing thread.  Is this like a Lets Go Brandon thing?

I'll disagree because it's not factually accurate. CNN's cable ratings, just like every other cable network, has seen a steady decline in ratings in the streaming era. Factually, the first Gulf War, ratings wise anyway, was the best thing that has ever happened to CNN.

You can find these things out by reading something other than Clay Travis' twitter feed.
