Yeah, I dunno about that, dax. I think the issue is far more nuanced, and in many instances they likely violate the Constitution. Regardless of how paramount you view the anonymity safety of the DHS officers, you cannot deny that such extraordinary powers, when applied in individual cases, likely fun afoul of the First Amendment. And I don't buy into any of the wartime powers bullshit Team Trump always tries to argue in court to justify their little unconstitutional incursions on Americans' rights. I think that goes without saying, but I'm letting you know in case you're a huge Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) you disagree.

Viewers of this blog are reminded that (for example) #blueanon protested ICE during Trump 1.0 while ICE was in the midst of arresting the members of a human trafficking operation (as documented on this blog). 

#blueanon - now dredging the bottom of the sludge. Spent 4 years enabling the worst people on the planet and pumping billions of dollars into the pockets of the cartels/traffickers/Chinese Fent component suppliers/Chinese-Cartel money laundering operations. In an effort to overwhelm the system, hope for a Kamala win and blanket amnesty.

The party of “you just can’t jump over a river”, illegal immigration is an evil Republican plot, the Deporter in Chief (2008 to 2016)  etc etc did an about face in an effort to secure a permanent majority. 

An icon of #blueanon stood in front of Congress some years ago and declared illegal immigration as one of the greatest threats to these United States. Two current long time #blueanon cornerstones spent 80% of their carrier warning about the threat of illegal immigration.
