2022 - global pandemic, 5th year of playing, boning an emaw
Cool, so the same circumstances as everyone else.
I don’t think that many others were saved this year from a completely untenable QB situation by there being a pandemic and the adequate QB (not good enough to leave for pros or better options) was allowed a 6th year.
And I don’t think that many others are getting saved next year from a still untenable QB situation by both the pandemic still giving players (again, not ones good enough to go pro) a 5th year of actual playing and there being such a QB who’s in a medium-distance relationship with someone at the school that desperately needs a QB.
If the world stays unchip’d and COVID never ends and 5-6 years of playing becomes permanent, some crap might work out fine every year going forward for KSU to have a replacement old QB, which will solve all the recruiting problems.
