As the Hunter office of The Grifters Biden Inc opts to skip closed door testimony and instead goes and tells the world that the Pedo Pete office of Grifters Biden Inc was not financially involved in the operations of Grifters Biden Inc . . . you can hear Team Locked and Loaded aka The MAGA Blasters ordering the wagons to draw in tighter.

You do realize that house pubs are going to hold Hunter in contempt, right? Ignoring subpoenas for me but not for thee.

You do realize that house pubs are going to hold Hunter in contempt, right? .

You do realize that you are talking about something that is separate from the expected reaction of #blueanon/#blueanongE if a Pub did the same?

Some people lack the intellect to be able to separate public reaction (in this case #blueanon numbering in the tens of millions) from the functional reality and process of government. #blogkaren is a prime example.

I have no earthly idea what you're referencing by this, ignoring subpoenas for me but not for thee.  Are you specifically speaking about Biden or another instance?

Whenever Trump would bring up high flying markets #blueanon lost their mind.

I suppose with so much to always be mad about (in your minds anyway) that things just kind of get lost in the fog of rage.

Quote
One July 2018 study indicated Trump's policies have had little impact on the U.S. economy in terms of GDP or employment.[53] Analysis conducted by Bloomberg News at the end of Trump's second year in office found that his economy ranked sixth among the last seven presidents, based on fourteen metrics of economic activity and financial performance.[54] Through his first three years in office, Trump falsely characterized the economy during his presidency as the best in American history over 250 times.[55][56]

I think it was more about the claims he was making rather than JUST the stock market but IDK

Imagine living through a dow run up of 10K to 11K points in 6 months just a few years ago, and then trying to take a victory lap for this.

LMAO

So the market is the economy?

Interesting

When Trump specifically mentioned the market, #blueanon lost their mind.

trying to describe this record breaking to the young stones.  Is "on steroids" or "jet fueled" more descriptive?

It is very true that the market is not the economy.

Inflation outpaced wages for over a year until February of this year and then inflation went below wage growth in Feb. '23.

https://www.statista.com/statistics/1351276/wage-growth-vs-inflation-us/

I don't think we will get a big re-acceleration of inflation or stagflation or any of the doomsday scenarios that many people were putting out there, but things are expensive and it is very possible consumer spending comes in. Gas prices have dropped a bunch and Biden is hopefully buying the dip to re-fill the strategic reserve, but if China consumer demand comes back or wars expand or new wars begin then that will contribute to some higher energy prices and inflation could come back pretty quickly.
