Has decided to de-emphasize the strategic mineral, Uranium. 

Nuclear power currently provides 50% of the non carbon based energy in these United States.  In their proposed FY 2024 Budget (Budget?    , like they actually care about a budget) the Biden Administration will cut nuclear power development by 12%. 

This de-emphasizes means that the still operating U.S. nuclear plants will depend even more on the . . . . Russians for their fuel (just like many other countries are still buying billions upon billions of dollars of Russian products).
