For over a year an outside entity (not Congress for those that are often easily confused) has been trying to get the National Archives to produce (via FOIA) the emails and documents that used: [email protected],  [email protected] and [email protected]. 

As expected the NA has drug their feet.  The excuse they've given in their slow roll process (along with DOJ and DOT's purposeful sloth like response to all related inquiries) is that those emails were used in over 5,000 electronic correspondence, 25 electronic files and over 200 additional pages of documents.

A lawsuit has now been filed against the National Archives because of their failure to respond.
