Ukraine is one of the most corrupt countries in the world.  UkroGrifter Generals have already been caught skimming and profiteering.  The DOD has failed its last 6 audits and always manages to either have billions missing or as they recently “discovered” they were off by billions relative to how much money they had left in the latest round of off budget funding for Ukraine.
