That poll is so dumb. All Biden has to say is he considered all candidates when making that campaign promise (like 2 years ago? not like the pool has dramatically changed since then) and he reconsidered all candidates when he decided to keep that promise.

It’s meaningless semantics. Again, you have to pick a bunch of “qualifications” to narrow the pool somehow. For whatever reason most people are A-OK with the first limiting hurdle being the candidate’s willingness to overturn Roe or strengthen it. Doing it based on race/sex instead for the sake of the court being more representative of the US population is far less arbitrary in my view.

The problem is that these people see the terms white woman and qualified for the job as mutually exclusive terms. Now would be a good time for the Clown President to consider invoking the DPA relative to bulk farming fertilizer.

I am sure the commission(s) writing reports on re-domesticating semiconductor production capacity are going to implore the Clown Presidency to move more swiftly on that process any month now.
