But that got damn Trump talking about black jobs (when Obama’s administration did whole reports and studies about the impact of immigration on “black jobs”)

Schooled by Vlad Putin . . . again

Probably related to being held extrajudicially with evidence obtained through torture seen as questionably admissible. Just a hunch.

That's one component, the other primary component is that it would likely delve into where they got the funding, and I can assure all viewers of this post, our national security state does not want that.

Yeah too bad . . .

We just keep giving up the worst of the worst, it's easy easy pickings for Vlad and his junta.

Ranks up there with the Tarmac cash now being used to finance the terrorism in the Middle East

SMDH

In 2020, the Trump administration secured the release of two Americans who were imprisoned by Iran-backed Houthi militants in Yemen, aid worker Sandra Loli and businessman Mikael Gidada, in exchange for the release of more than 200 Houthi militants who were being held in Oman. Those Houthis were allowed to return to Yemen.

. . . where they were subsequently rearmed by Iran using Tarmac cash from the Biden and Obama administrations

Detaining combatants indefinitely is not really a game the United Stafes wants to play, Lick. You should know better.

Iran has been living off that tarmac cash for almost a decade.  It is apparently their entire GDP

In 2019, three high-ranking Taliban prisoners, who had been imprisoned by the government of Afghanistan, were released in exchange for the Taliban freeing two professors, American Kevin King and Australian Timothy Weeks, who were abducted in 2016. Trump and the president of Afghanistan made clear that the Trump administration was involved in the deal; Trump wrote on social media when the deal was announced: “Proud of my team!”

Indigenous population fighting an invader vs sending one of the largest arms dealers in the world and a person who entered the territory of an allied partner and murdered another human (albeit that person wasn’t exactly a great dude) being back to Russia.

Lick is the type of guy who longs for the days of The Bagram Blackhole and drone striking wedding parties.

Good gawd, Lick

I suppose this is full DeflectoCon theater mode given the crap show in Washington

I wonder what would have happened to those people had they been left in the custody of the Taliban after the US withdrew

Trump said in August 2018 that he had personally gotten Israel to free a Turkish citizen who had been charged with aiding Hamas as part of an attempted arrangement in which Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan would release American pastor Andrew Brunson

Israel arrested the Turkish dude under "suspicion" of working with Hamas, I can assure all readers of this blog that if Israel truly had him nailed, they would not have released him.

Relative to the uber arms dealer and the murderer, there was no "suspicion"?

For #blueanongE - No matter what a crap show the current administration is - Don Trump is forever on their mind

Lloyd "gonna go over here and have some surgery and not tell anybody" Austin apparently didn't have a clue as to what was going on with his lawyers. Which is 1000% onbrand for this administration.

The crap Show - crap Showing

However, two State bureaus—DRL and INL—could not
demonstrate that they complied with State’s own partner vetting requirements. In total, State could not
demonstrate its compliance with its partner vetting requirements on awards that disbursed at least $293
million in Afghanistan.

In “it’s a good thing I won’t be voting for him” derpy ass answer #blueanongE news.

While I haven’t read about it in depth yet. Preliminary signs are that Weiss is setting up a case to potentially expose The Grifters Biden. Leaning heavily towards a FARA violation and an influence peddling/pay to play campaign by the Grifters Biden.

Still preliminary, and still plenty of time for Herr Garland et al to step in and stonewall and slow roll it even more than he already has.

It appears that Herr Garland and Weiss are doing everything they can to thread the needle by not charging Hunts with FARA violations, because the implications are substantial.

Amazing the level of mental gymnastics they're going through to avoid doing what they know they should.

SMDH, sad
